At Lynne Lee Jewellery, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

1. Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

2. Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For non-personalized items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

3. Personalized Items: Due to the bespoke nature of personalized items, such as our Electric Guitar keyring, these cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

6. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

7. UK Only: Please note that we currently only ship within the UK at this time.
